Built in 1888, the Historic Victorian Inn is on the National Historic Registry, making it older than the state of South Dakota. This property is adjacent to the home of South Dakota's first Senator Richard Pettigrew. Its location is central to the historic neighborhood that once housed prominent figures in Sioux Falls.

The hotel offers four deluxe suites: Gold, White, Red, and Wine, each equipped with a private bath. The Gold Suite, located on the main floor, includes a clawfoot shower/tub combo. Guests can also choose from four lofts, ideal for larger groups, with a total of eight bedrooms and shared facilities.

The Historic Victorian Inn provides parking both in front of the property and behind it, accommodating various vehicle types.
